Blenheim Palace Hospitality has claimed the title of ‘The World’s Best Event Host Venue’ at the Prestigious Star Awards 2018.
The Prestigious Star Awards celebrate the quality, performance and reputation of the world’s best venues and suppliers qualified to host the most memorable events.
As the only global luxury venue industry awards, every year they attract nominations from the world’s leading venues and event suppliers. This year Blenheim Palace was among 2,000 competitors vying for the hotly-contested awards.
Among the other finalists represented at the awards ceremony held at London’s One Whitehall Place were The Waldorf Astoria, The Dorchester and The Natural History Museum.
As well as claiming the best event title, Blenheim Palace was also Highly Commended in the ‘Best Venue in the UK’ category.
Minnie Fledderus-Diaconu, Senior Sales Manager Blenheim Palace says: “We’re extremely fortunate to be able to host many beautiful events at the Palace, after a lot of discussion we decided to submit the elegant wedding of Youngyee and Joon-Jae Bahk, photographed by the Royal Photographer Hugo Burnard with the amazing support of “Bespoke Events London”, which took place in the Long Library and the Orangery”.
“We are all absolutely thrilled to have won ‘The World’s Best Event’ as a Host venue in 2017 and Highly Commended in the ‘Best Venue in the UK’ category”. A very well done to everyone involved including the events and operations team at Blenheim Palace” she added.
Blenheim Palace has been playing host to monarchs, the aristocracy and heads of state for more than three centuries. Today the 2,000 acre UNESCO World Heritage Site offers the ultimate bespoke hospitality facilities in an inspiring location.
Set in the Oxfordshire countryside, within easy reach of London, the Palace is a unique venue perfectly suited for holding meetings, exhibitions, gala dinners and for entertaining clients.
